What does “research use only” mean?
Everything listed on this site is supplied for laboratory and research use. None of it is a medicine, none of it is approved for human or veterinary use, and we make no claim about what any of it does. By ordering you confirm you are acquiring these products on that basis.
What is printed on the label?
Every vial states the compound, the amount in milligrams, “research purposes only”, and 99% purity. The product pages on this site repeat exactly what the label says and nothing more.
How much is shipping?
A flat $15 anywhere in Australia, and free on orders over $200. The threshold is measured on your order total after any discount.
Where do you ship?
Within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.
When will my order arrive?
We do not quote delivery times. Once your parcel is with the carrier its progress is theirs to report, and the tracking number we email you is the accurate answer at any given moment. Quoting a number here would only ever be a guess about someone else’s network.
How do I pay?
By direct bank transfer. The bank details and your payment reference are shown on the order confirmation page and repeated in the confirmation email. Use your order number as the payment reference, and nothing else. Your order is dispatched once the funds have cleared.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually amend or cancel it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot recall it.
What if something arrives damaged or is missing?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the parcel and its contents, and we will resolve it.
Are your prices GST inclusive?
The business is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and none is shown. The price on the product page is the price you pay for the goods.
Do you sell to individuals?
Products are supplied to laboratory and research customers. They are not supplied for personal use, and nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.
