One flat rate applies per order regardless of how many items it contains. The free-shipping threshold is measured on the order total after any discount is applied.

Where we ship

Australia only. We do not ship internationally and cannot arrange forwarding to an overseas address.

Delivery times

We do not quote delivery times, and you will not find an estimate anywhere on this site. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, how long it takes is determined by their network rather than by us. When your order is dispatched you receive a tracking number by email, and that tracking is the accurate answer at any given moment.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. You receive an email at each step: when the order is placed, when payment is confirmed, and when the parcel is dispatched with its tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We dispatch to the address supplied on the order, and once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.

Damaged or missing items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the parcel and its contents.
