What we collect, why, and who it is shared with.

Who we are

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, delivery address and phone number, when you place an order.
  • Your order history.
  • Your email address, if you subscribe to our mailing list.
  • Standard web server logs, including IP address and browser type.
  • Aggregate visitor statistics collected by Jetpack Stats, which records page views, referring sites and approximate location. It does not identify you by name.

We do not store your card details, and no card details are collected anywhere on this site. Payment is by direct bank transfer, which you make from your own bank.

Why we collect it

To take and fulfil your order, to contact you about that order, to meet our record-keeping obligations, and — only if you have asked for it — to send you marketing email.

Who we share it with

  • Our carrier, so your parcel can be delivered.
  • WordPress.com, which hosts this site and sends our order emails.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone else except where required by law.

Marketing email

We only send marketing email to people who have asked to receive it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Order-related emails are not marketing and are sent for every order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, which is the period Australian tax law requires. Mailing list records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email Research@apluspeptidesaustralia.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and browser storage to keep your cart between pages. Jetpack Stats also sets a cookie so returning visitors are not counted twice. No advertising cookies are used.
