Terms of sale
The terms on which these products are supplied.
1. Who you are buying from
These products are supplied by APlusPeptides (“we”, “us”). Contact: Research@apluspeptidesaustralia.com.
2. Research use only
All products supplied are for laboratory and research use only. They are not therapeutic goods, they are not approved for human or veterinary use, and they are not supplied for human consumption. We make no representation about the effect of any product.
By placing an order you confirm that you are acquiring the products for research purposes, that you are appropriately qualified and equipped to handle them, and that you will not administer them to any person or animal.
3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline any order, and if we do we will refund any payment already made in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and no tax invoice is issued. Prices may change, but the price applying to your order is the price shown when you placed it.
Accepted payment methods are direct bank transfer. Orders are dispatched only once payment has been received and cleared.
5. Shipping
Shipping is a flat $15 within Australia, free on orders over $200 after any discount. We ship within Australia only. We do not quote delivery times; once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery is subject to that carrier’s network. A tracking number is emailed on dispatch.
6. Changes and cancellation
If your order has not been dispatched we will generally amend or cancel it on request. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it cannot be recalled.
7. Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photograph of the parcel and its contents. If we supplied the wrong item, or an item arrived damaged, we will replace it or refund it. Because of the nature of the products we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 8, our liability in connection with any product is limited to replacing it or refunding its price. We are not liable for any loss arising from a product being used other than for laboratory research, including any use in or on a person or animal.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
